What’s Something You Just Don’t Get the Appeal of, At All?

There are things that pretty much EVERYONE would acknowledge as awesome:  Tacos, naps, puppies (or kittens), GPS, and coffee.

But some stuff isn’t as universal.  People online are listing the things they “just don’t get the appeal of . . . at all.”  They include

1.  Social places where the music is too loud to talk to anyone.

2.  Being mean, just to seem cool.

3.  Being mean to animals.  It doesn’t look cool at all.

4.  Sports betting.  Also:  Slot machines

5.  Strip clubs.

6.  People blowing money on random stuff just because it’s an expensive brand or a celebrity’s company.

7.  Worshipping a celebrity.  Or worse, an influencer, or a politician.

8.  Taylor Swift.  “No hate at all.  I just don’t get the hype.   Her music is so bland and repetitive.  That said, she’s a great performer and businesswoman.”

9.  Reality TV.  We’ve seen it all.  It’s “edited to hell” and formulaic.

10.  Competitive eating competitions.

11.  Trendy water bottles.

12.  Summer.  “Why are people so obsessed with a season where all you do is sweat and smell like B.O.?”

13.  Sagging.  “I don’t want to see the dome of your [backside].  It looks moronic and unhygienic.”

14.  People intensely watching someone else play a video game.  Online, or in groups at home.  And for the older folks:  Watching televised golf.

15.  “Leaving the house.”

16.  Pumpkin spice.
