If you’ve ever been at the beach and had the urge to LICK the person next to you, you might not need to anymore. Carnival cruises teamed up with the brand Van Leeuwen for a new SUNSCREEN-FLAVORED ICE CREAM.
They’re not selling it yet, but maybe next summer. They say they’re gauging the reaction online to see if they should do a limited run.
Ingredients include coconut cream, cocoa butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. “People” magazine got their hands on a tub and called it “surprisingly delicious.”
They say the main flavor is vanilla, with “notes of coconut followed by a distinctly salty kick.” (What’s the salt supposed to mimic, sweat? Here’s a photo.)

(Van Leeuwen also just teamed up with Ed Sheeran for a new ice cream, that sadly does NOT taste like the pop star. (???) It’s called Play Pink, and it’s punch-flavored. You can only get it at their shops in New York City.)
