You’ve been taking showers your whole life, but have you been doing it WRONG this whole time?
There’s a big debate online right now about the “correct” order to do things in when you take a shower. Like do you wash your hair first, THEN your body?
Some guy posted the order HE does everything in, but some people think he’s wrong. He claims the “correct” order is: Shampoo and rinse, wash your face, apply conditioner, wash your body, then rinse the conditioner out.
Someone in the comments said their dermatologist told them that’s WRONG, because the conditioner won’t fully rinse off your skin. It can clog your pores and cause body acne.
They claim the correct order is: Shampoo and rinse, condition and rinse, THEN wash your face and body.
Multitaskers don’t love that order, because they want to keep scrubbing while they leave the conditioner in to do its thing.
What order do YOU shower in? And why is it the “correct” one?
(The best comment in the thread came from a woman who said both versions missed an important step: “You forgot standing in the hot shower for 30 minutes not moving, just contemplating my life.”)
