Doechii has officially hit the road. The Florida-bred rapper kicked off her “Live From The Swamp” headlining tour last night (Oct. 14) in Chicago at the city’s Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom.
Her journey continues through November, with stops in Toronto, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Phoenix, and more before ending with a group of West Coast shows in San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle. The Grammy-winner is set to finish her year at the Spilt Milk Festival in Australia, where Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Lyric and more are billed to perform across two weekends in December.

The “Live From The Swamp” tour followed her 2024 Alligator Bites Never Heal Tour, in support of the acclaimed mixtape of the same name.
“I’ve seen people describe me as ‘the female that,’ ‘she’s intellectual,’ ‘she’s hard,’ and ‘she’s scarin’ h*es.’ I think what’s happening is people are trying to understand who I am as an artist, but they’re doing it in comparison to other artists, which I don’t think is necessary to interpret art at all,” expressed the 27-year-old about her art earlier this year.
“Critiquing art and interpreting art is an art form as well. It’s a skill. People have jobs interpreting art, so it’s not something that is commonly practiced the right way. So I understand why people are doing it, but I don’t like to get too caught up in all of that, you know?”
