Apparently there’s a Costco in Florida that already has Christmas decorations up for sale. How do we feel about this?
Technically, it’s still summer until September 22nd. And then there’s three months of FALL. But not for Costco. They’re ready to celebrate the yuletide right now.
A shopper in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, shared photos of a bunch of Christmas displays set up at their local store, even though Halloween candy is dominating the aisles. (Nothing like buying a Santa inflatable in September.)
Are we skipping right over pumpkins and turkey to get to Santa?
Here’s what someone said online, “Costco already has Christmas trees on sale!?! Good Lord!”
But others see it differently. Some think the earlier the display, the better the bargains.
So, if you’re not fazed by hearing “Jingle Bells” before the first leaf drops, you might snag a good deal.
What do you think? When should Christmas take over store shelves and radio playlists? (I say the day after Thanksgiving.)
