The Coldplay jumbotron controversy is the gift that keeps on giving.

During a show on Friday at Wembley Stadium, Chris Martin noticed a guy holding a sign that said he wanted to propose to his girlfriend.  So of course, he decided to have fun with it.

He said, “Okay, now listen.  My brother, I need you to nod as I do some basic security checks, okay?”

Then he asked,  “Is this person your partner?  Yes?  No one else’s partner?  Are you cousins or siblings, or anything weird like that?  Are you AI?  Are you real people?  Okay, then I think we can continue.”

After the guy “passed” the test, Chris sang the couple through the proposal.
