Joe Jonas drops the deluxe version of his new solo album, Music For People Who Believe In Love, out now via Republic Records. The new edition includes the new studio track “Water Under the Bridge” as well as live versions of “Heart By Heart,” “What This Could Be,” and “Honey Blonde” from Jonas’ recent Vevo live session.
Music For People Who Believe In Love unfolds as Joe’s most personal, intimate, and heartfelt body of work to date. About the release, Joe commented, “This album has been a long time coming, and it holds a whole lot of my heart. It’s the most personal music l’ve ever made, full of the messy, beautiful, confusing, and hopeful parts of love and life. Making this record was a special journey that I feel so lucky to have had so many people that I deeply admire join me on.”
Leading up to the arrival of the project, Jonas dropped the official music video for his latest track “Heart By Heart,” directed by Anthony Mandler [Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna]. He also shared very special Vevo live performances of “Heart By Heart” and “What This Could Be.”
Jonas topped off his series of pop-up performances across the U.S. following recent takeovers in Miami, Los Angeles, Nashville, and Dallas. He notably celebrated the album release with a special, one-night-only show on Sunday in New York City at Bowery Ballroom, where he was joined by friends and collaborators including Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Franklin Jonas, Sierra Ferrell, Eva Noblezada, Reeve Carney, Paris Carney, Zane Carney, and Jack Lawless. Other notable attendees included Priyanka Chopra-Jonas and Michael Park. At the show, the brothers played an unreleased track “When You Know” off their upcoming album Greetings From Your Hometown. Last week, he delivered another intimate yet star-studded stripped-back acoustic performance at The Mint in Los Angeles, featuring Aly & AJ, Sierra Ferrell, Franklin Jonas, Josette Maskin, Justin Tranter, and James Alan, as they performed unreleased tracks alongside fan favorites and covers.
