Contest Period: Registration begins 11/1/17 and ends on 11/30/17. Drawing to be held 12/4/2017.
Eligibility Requirements: Contest is open to legal Nevada residents age 21 or older with a valid Nevada driver’s license, with the exception of employees, officers, and directors of Americom Broadcasting, Reno Media Group, Miller/Coors Brewing Company, New West Distributing, Raley’s Supermarkets, their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families, households or significant others of any of the above.
How to Enter: Legibly printed, fully completed entries on official entry form must be mailed or dropped off to Alice 96.5-Reno Media Group, 961 Matley Lane, Suite 120, Reno, NV during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-530pm, except Holidays) beginning 11/2/17 and through 5pm 11/30/17. Entry forms available at Northern Nevada Raley’s Supermarkets, or by request in writing to “Toast The Moon Giveaway”, 961 Matley Lane, Suite 120, Reno, NV 89502. No purchase necessary–one free entry per person, per day. Additional entries will be accepted at the above mailing address with proof of purchase during the contest period of Blue Moon products from Raley’s Supermarkets (Store Receipt Attached). One entry per envelope. One entry per receipt. All other entries must be received at Alice 965/Reno Media Group as outlined above. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 11/30/17 and received by Reno Media Group no later than 5pm 12/1/17. Winners will be drawn 12/4/2017.
Grand Prize:
(10) $100 Raley’s gift cards
Ten winners will be chosen by random drawing from all entries received. A maximum of (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded. One prize per person.
All Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed. Upon confirmation of winning party’s eligibility requirements, Grand Prize winner may be required to complete and return a W-9 form or appropriate tax form, affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner may be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize. All taxes are responsibility of the winning party. Winner must take delivery of Grand Prize at Reno Media Group, 961 Matley Lane, Suite 120, Reno NV 89502 within 30 days of notification of winning.
Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. Net value of grand prize: $500.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion. If winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade worldwide without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the promotion administrator and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or in any prize-related activities, and assume all liability therefor. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Participation in this contest constitutes participant’s consent to sponsor’s use of winner’s name, voice, opinions, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further consideration.
Reno Media Group, Miller/Coors Brewing Company, New West Distributing, and Raley’s Supermarkets are not responsible for any errors in printing or force majeure which prevents the redemption of fulfillment of this contest, or for any entry form and or receipt which is misplaced by any party including contestants, contest administrators, or the U.S. Postal Service.
Reno Media Group reserve the right to cancel contest at anytime. Any and all rule changes will be announced, and written copies made available at our offices as soon as changes are made. Copies of all rules are available during regular business hours at our offices. These rules may be changed at anytime at the discretion of the station.
