
Kendrick Lamar, SZA, and country singer Morgan Wallen have dominated the music scene so far, according to the annual midyear report from the music data and analytics company Luminate.
“Luther”, by Kendrick and SZA has been the biggest song of the year so far in the U.S., with sales of over 3.9 million units on more than 530 million streams.
“Die with a Smile” by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars came in second, then Kendrick grabbed the next two spots, with “Not Like Us”and “TV Off”. Morgan Wallen’s “I’m the Problem” rounds out the Top 5.
Wallen’s “I’m the Problem” ALBUM is the biggest seller so far, with almost 2.6 million equivalent units sold, boosted mainly by 2.9 billion streams.
SZA’s “SOS” is in second, followed by Kendrick’s “GNX”, Bad Bunny’s “Debí Tirar Más Fotos “, and “Short n’ Sweet” by Sabrina Carpenter.
