STERLING'S - Grand Marnier truffle

STRAWBERRIES LEGACY FLAMBE FOR 2

  • Heavy cream: 1.25 Cup
  • Chocolate: 12 OZ
  • Butter: 2 TBS
  • Grand Marnier: 2 TBS

Procedure

Put cream on a pot medium heat; bring to a boil, then poor on chocolate, mix well. Let it set for 30 minutes.

Then add butter (at room temperature) in small pieces then Grand Marnier, mix well.

Let set for about  12 hours in your refrigerator well covered.

Take a spoon and then make your own truffles rolling each in your hand and dropping them in cocoa powder.
