A Restaurant in California is Serving a Burger Made 100% From Bacon
7/9/2012

We think we might've just found a case of TOO MUCH BACON. Which we THOUGHT wasn't possible. There's a small burger chain in Southern California called Slater's 50/50. They're called "50/50" because they have burgers made with 50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon. For this month only, they decided to take that even further and make a burger that's 100% bacon.
No beef anywhere. The entire patty is constructed out of bacon. And, naturally, the burger is served with a few slices of bacon on top. It's also covered with a sunny side up egg, a piece of "bacon cheddar cheese," and a version of Thousand Island dressing called "bacon island." They didn't release the nutritional info, but, ya know, assume it's lethal.
