About a month ago, a video made the rounds online of a Cleveland Browns fan at a tailgate, who DUNKED HIS HEAD in a five-gallon bucket of OTHER PEOPLE'S PEE for $450.  Better than actually watching the Browns play this year, am I right folks?!?

Anyway, some new information has come out that's put a whole new perspective on the video.  Turns out the guy who dunked his head in the bucket of pee was a veteran COP.  His name is Phil Croucher, and he's a 16-year veteran of the police department in Mentor, Ohio.  And all of the people cheering him on and giving him money to dunk his head in the video?  Also cops from Mentor, Ohio.  All of them were off-duty at the time.

But the higher-ups at the Mentor police department found out about the video, and suspended Phil for two days.  He also has to complete an alcohol evaluation.  The nine cops who cheered him on all got official reprimands.

Phil's video has gotten more than 296,000 views on YouTube since it was posted on October 14th.
