There's a photo floating around online from China, of a woman who was sick of people speeding past her house.  So she decided to fight the speeding by  tying a BLOW-UP DOLL IN LINGERIE to a tree in front of her house.

Apparently, her plan is to distract drivers, which will make them slow down.  Or, you know, get into HORRIFIC CRASHES because they take their eyes off the road.
