Reno Bites

Reno’s inaugural restaurant week event, Reno Bites, will celebrate locally-owned restaurants and their cuisine with seven days of deals and events. From food trucks to fine dining, more than a dozen eateries throughout Reno will offer prix fixe menus, signature items and events to entice diners into a week of culinary exploration.

Taking place from Monday, October 22 through Sunday the 28 citywide, this weeklong foodie fest is the first of its kind in Reno, whose burgeoning culinary scene is packed with a diverse array of restaurateurs and chefs. Reno Bites was created to encourage food lovers to patronize the wide range of locally-owned dining establishments and support small businesses within their own community.

Event visionary and coordinator Clint Jolly states, "I see a strong community of restaurants in all of the great foodie cities that I visit. It's time we came together in Reno to show off our talented culinarians to the world. Great things will come from smart collaboration and joint efforts of local restaurants."

In addition to their regular menu items, participating restaurants will offer a signature item or meal, or a three-course prix fixe menu at a discounted price. A few will also feature a culinary event to further inspire gastronomic giddiness within diners.
