The US Open of Watercross is expected to draw one of the largest gatherings of competitors in the country in pursuit of the US Open title

The Hydro-Turf Pro Watercross Tour is the country’s premier watercross racing circuit and showcases the finest seasoned professional and amateur athletes in the highly explosive and exciting sport of personal watercraft racing . . .  aka Watercross.  It is sanctioned by the International Jet Sporting Association (IJSA).
The 9th annual US Open of Watercross has traveled from coast to coast attracting the best Watercross riders throughout the USA and the world, including Australia, Columbia, Kuwait, and Indonesia.  Competitors will vie for the prestigious title of Sparks US Open of Watercross Champion and a place in Watercross history. This internationally recognized event will be one of the highest paid events in the country.

The Sparks Marina has a beautiful beach to watch extreme racing and handle bar-to-handle bar action.  Viewing areas are wheelchair accessible and the event is free to spectators.  Spectators can stroll along the beach and see some of the most advanced equipment and technology that help racers reach speeds of over 90mph.
