The 6th annul Reno Ukulele Festival is one of the largest events of its kind in the country that celebrates the growing popularity of the diminutive instrument and includes evening concerts, workshops, instruction and vendor area.  Enjoy the concerts only, or purchase a daily or weekend workshop registration.

Friday, April 25:
Headliner:  Leftover Cuties
The band features two ukuleles, sultry vocals, bass, brass, keys, accordion, and percussion. Leftover Cuties weave a timeless, retro-jazz-tinged style with pop-perfect songwriting and seasoned musicianship.
Opening Performer:  Heidi Swedberg
You may remember Heidi from Seinfeld, where she played Susan, the ill-fated fiancee to George Constanza (she was killed off by licking envelope glue). Now, she is rapidly rising up the charts as a talented ukulele performer and instructor.
Saturday, April 26:
Headliner:  Daniel Ho
The featured performer is a six-time Grammy Award winner also an original ukulele classic to his credit in Pineapple Mango, as well as many CD’s and instructional books.  He is one of the most popular and likable uke performers and instructors in the world.
Opening Performer:  Gerald Ross
A highly acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and stringed instrument virtuoso, playing uke, Hawaiian lap steel and bass.
