The journey begins at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29th with a Foie Gras Custard amuse bouche. The first course of Stuffed Potato Gnocchi is reminiscent of cool autumn days, and is followed by Pan-Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. The third and fourth courses bring in subtle spice – Cumin-Scented Ahi Tuna and Moroccan-Spiced Rack of Lamb. The grand finale is a Baklava Parfait. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a cocktail or wine accompaniment.
