Justin Timberlake Is Sorry for Teasing You, But He Had So Much Fun Doing It
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE finally released a new song called "Suit & Tie" on Sunday night, after several days of teasing fans with cryptic, bait-and-switch comments online, and an elaborate countdown. He's since revealed that the single will be on an album called "The 20/20 Experience", which will come out sometime this year. There's no release date yet.
Yesterday, Justin posted an open letter on his countdown site, where he apologized for stringing us along, but admitted he REALLY ENJOYED DOING IT.
Sounding like a HUGE DORK, Justin said, "Some people may criticize me for the last three days. But it was fun, right?? Right?!?! Who can knock me for having a little bit of fun with it? Well, no more teasing. Although, it was A LOT of fun. (Did I mention that I'm having fun with this?? Ha!) *Makes a serious face*."
Then, he talked about how he's been "quietly" working on the album since last June, and how he's been having "the best time he's had in his career."
He wrapped it up by saying, "That's all I'm giving you for now . . . I know, I know! Again, with the teasing!!! Get ready. This is going to be fun (well, at least it is for me)." (You can read the whole thing at Countdown.JustinTimberlake.com.)
