You'd think that playing one of the leads in a popular TV show would put you on easy street. But it doesn't always work that way. Actress LENA HEADEY, who plays Queen Cersei on "Game of Thrones", claims she has less than $5 in her bank account. This info comes from legal papers she filed in response to her estranged husband Peter Loughran, who's demanding half of their $46,000 tax return from 2011.
Lena told the court she's BROKE. And while she expects some acting income in the near future, she and the 2-year-old son she shares with Peter are currently living on CREDIT. She asked the court to give her $6,000 from that tax return, and she said Peter could have $6,000 as well, just to make things fair. But she wanted the rest locked away until she and Peter reach a settlement.
Unfortunately for her, the judge denied BOTH their requests, which means Lena remains flat busted until her acting money comes through. (Lena filed for divorce from Peter last year.)
