Forbes.com has put together a list of the 10 biggest box office flops of the year.  And since there's only a month and a half left to 2012, it'll probably stand. 

Here's the list, along with what each movie COST, what each movie MADE, and the percent RETURN on the investment.

#1.)  "The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure" . . . Cost $20 million, made $1 million.  (5% return)

#2.)  Eddie Murphy's "A Thousand Words" . . . Cost $40 million, made $20 million.  (50% return)

#3.)  "Dredd" . . . Cost $50 million, made $28 million.  (56% return)

#4.)  "Big Miracle" . . . Cost $40 million, made $25 million.  (63% return)

#5.)  "Wanderlust" . . . Cost $30 million, made $21 million.  (70% return)

#6.)  "Rock of Ages" . . . Cost $75 million, made $56 million.  (75% return)

#7.)  "People Like Us" . . . Cost $16 million, made $12 million.  (75% return)

#8.)  "That's My Boy" . . . Cost $70 million, made $57 million.  (81% return)

#9.)  "Premium Rush" . . . Cost $35 million, made $29 million.  (83% return)

#10.)  "Red Tails" . . . Cost $58 million, made $50 million.  (86% return)
