DEMI MOORE turned 50 yesterday, and was bestowed with the honor of WORLD'S MOST COVETED COUGAR.  It came from a website called CougarLife.com, a dating website where you can meet, "Divorcees, Single Moms and Sexy Singles looking for a young Stud!"

The site says, "Demi Moore has single-handedly done more for the cougar community than anyone and made significant strides in helping the lifestyle become part of mainstream culture."

The site also sent Demi a pair of animal print Christian Louboutin pumps and a certificate naming her the World's Most Coveted Cougar.
