Harper Beckham, the daughter of DAVID and VICTORIA BECKHAM, is only 15 months old.  And yet the not-always-reliable British tabloids say she already has an $8,000 wardrobe. 

That includes $285 dresses by Marc Jacobs and $136 Stella McCartney outfits.
