EVAN RACHEL WOOD and "Billy Elliot" star JAMIE BELL got married yesterday in a small ceremony in California.  She's 25 . . . he's 26.

Evan and Jamie first got together in 2005, but broke up after a year.  They got together again in the summer of 2011.  In between, Evan made the mistake of dating MARILYN MANSON.
