Check Out the Amazing Playhouses J.K. Rowling is Building for Her Kids
There are so many reasons to be jealous that you're not one of J.K. ROWLING'S kids. Here's one of them: Rowling is building a pair of RIDICULOUS playhouses for her 9-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter.
The houses are inspired by Hogwarts, the school that aspiring wizards and witches go to in the "Harry Potter" books. They're on stilts, about 40 feet high, and they're connected by a rope bridge. Each one is two stories high.
One of them will have a trapdoor and a fireman's pole, and the other will have either a spiral staircase or a steel slide. And one of them even has a perch for an owl. (Here's a picture of what they're going to look like.) (Telegraph)
