"Liz & Dick" Attracted 3.5 Million Viewers and Now Lindsay Wants Her Own Sitcom Now
LINDSAY LOHAN'S "big" comeback wasn't as big as she'd hoped. "Liz & Dick" attracted 3.5 million viewers Sunday night. That's good for Lifetime, but probably not nearly as good as everyone was hoping. Especially given all the hype surrounding the movie.
(For comparison, Lifetime's new version of "Steel Magnolias" with an all-black cast attracted 6.5 million viewers last month.)
Lindsay Wants Her Own Sitcom Now
Critics pretty much ripped LINDSAY LOHAN to shreds for her performance in the Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick". But that doesn't matter to her, because she wants her own sitcom now. Apparently, CHARLIE SHEEN put that bug in her ear when they did "Scary Movie 5" together. A source says he told her it would be, "an easy way to make very good money and help her to get her movie career back on track."
Supposedly, she wants to do a sitcom based on her own life. As for the haters, a source says, "Lindsay isn't fazed at all by the criticism. She thinks everyone is insanely jealous of her, and like it or not, she was trending on Twitter [Sunday] night."
Of course there were other sources that said Lindsay has been DEVASTATED by the criticism. You can read about that here. One "critic" who thinks Lindsay did a fine job is her psycho dad MICHAEL LOHAN. You can read what he had to say here.
