REESE WITHERSPOON gave birth to a baby boy yesterday.  His name is Tennessee James Toth.

This is the first child for Reese and her husband, talent agent Jim Toth.  Reese also has a 12-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son with her first husband, RYAN PHILLIPPE.
